Time Management is the Key of Success.

1 Win over watch (wow)
Time management is the most important aspect at any office and it starts from “coming in time”, you will notice a positive feel and extra time on your hands to manage your daily tasks, in fact sometimes you will have extra time on you to take few moments off from your tense schedules. To succeed this you may want to set your watch 15 minute earlier than the actual time and you will notice your win over watch every day.
2 Be organized Always (BOA)
The next most important thing at any office is to be organized in your body and mind and at your desk, you should know what to place where and keep it simple at the same time. Perfect positioning of human body and mind along with your office desk and related stuff is the key to have a comfortable yet efficient feel.
3 Learn to Prioritize Tasks (LPT)
At any work environment, the key to success is always hidden in how efficiently and effectively you meet your targets and achieve that, the simplest solution is prioritizing your daily tasks. Some tasks hardly take 5 minutes or so and then there are some tasks which you know will take hours.
Research shows that people, who prioritize their tasks and finish small assignment / tasks earlier, end up completing all their tasks and the end of the day, eventually achieving their monthly targets and goals.
4 Maintain a To DO list (MTD)
Now here is how you can manage and prioritize your daily assignments/monthly goals. Write down all your tasks on a piece of paper according to their importance and as soon as you are done with any of these, strike them through try is and you will see that not only you will be astonished by your own work but most of the time you will find complimenting your own self as well. Others will only keep wondering as to what have you done to succeed this.
5 Show Patience and Courtesy (SPC)
You have to be an effective communicator at your office especially because you will only get done what you communicate in the right manner. Here your key to success will be your patience and courtesy, people generally respond very well to courteous and patient requests / notes and at the same time you will notice getting things done right and that at the first go. I say it confidently “if you know how to WIN hearts, winning anything else is not a big deal”
big deal”
